Our family recently enjoyed a spectacular stay with breathtaking views over the harbour. The room was beautifully arranged and featured unexpected little touches like swan-shaped towels. The staff were exceptionally friendly, even extending our stay without charge after a late-night hospital visit with our daughter. Would definitely visit again!

We had a lovely stay with a big, comfy room that featured a jacuzzi bath, which was a hit after a long day. The views from the bar were stunning, and the relaxing outdoor terrace was perfect for unwinding. The only thing I'd mention is that the decor felt a bit worn, but it didn’t take away from our experience. 😊

The stay at Harbour Heights was overall pleasant, with some standout aspects. The room had an excellent harbour view that made mornings special. I loved sipping coffee on the balcony while soaking up the scenery. Staff members were generally friendly and welcoming, adding to the positive atmosphere. Breakfast variety and quality were good, especially the fresh pastries. the service at the bar was frustrating. Waiting too long for drinks and dealing with untrained staff was disappointing. the outdoor furniture on the terrace wasn’t maintained well. It couldn’t be used after rain because it was left exposed. This scenario really limited the experience. I expected better management regarding the outside areas. A more attentive approach could elevate the overall hotel experience. But despite these issues, the view and room quality were solid enough for a return visit.

the food in the restaurant was realy great, most of the staff were super friendly and helpful. we got a really nice warm air heater when our room was cold, so that was cool. the view was nice too, even tho it was just from a flat roof to the parking lot. breakfast was good as well, loved the choices!

but it was kinda noisy at night, which made it hard to sleep. also, there was no heating in our room when we first got there.
